- •You may use the media assets for news and educational purposes and for other purposes that (i) do not involve direct commercial exploitation of the media assets or the NewOrbit Space trademark or logo and (ii) are not used in manner that claims or implies an endorsement by or affiliation with NewOrbit Space in the absence of such relationship.
